1. Gather your tools and materials
To clean your windows, you will need a few tools and materials, including a bucket, a squeegee, a sponge or cloth, and a mild cleaner or window-cleaning solution.
2. Fill the bucket with warm water
Fill the bucket with warm water and add a small amount of mild cleaner or window-cleaning solution. Mix the solution until it is well-diluted.
3. Dip the sponge or cloth into the solution
Dip the sponge or cloth into the solution and wring it out until it is damp, but not dripping.
4. Wipe the windows
Starting at the top of the window, use the damp sponge or cloth to wipe the surface of the window in a circular motion, working your way down to the bottom of the window. Be sure to clean the corners and edges of the window thoroughly.
5. Use the squeegee to remove excess water
Once you have wiped the surface of the window with the sponge or cloth, use the squeegee to remove any excess water. Starting at the top of the window, drag the squeegee down the surface of the window in a straight line, using even pressure to remove the water. Wipe the blade of the squeegee clean with a cloth after each stroke.
6. Dry the edges of the window
Use a dry cloth to carefully dry the edges of the window, including the corners and any areas where water may have collected.
