Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors for our app, "Planna." As a Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to promote Planna, an innovative app that rewards users for taking care of their homes. By completing tailored tasks related to home maintenance, users earn points that can be redeemed with leading brands. This is a commission-based role with a set monthly basic earning, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Planna app to potential users, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Utilise your strong network of friends, colleagues, or online presence on forums, blogs, and social media to champion Planna and attract new users.
- Educate potential users about Planna's mission and vision, emphasising its focus on home repair, cleaning hacks, lifestyle improvements, and general home care.
- Drive new app installations by actively sharing referral codes, personalised links, and promotional materials with your network.
- Set and achieve weekly installation targets by implementing effective marketing strategies, utilising social media, word-of-mouth, and other relevant channels.
- Engage with users and potential users on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and fostering a sense of community around Planna.
- Collaborate with the Planna marketing team to provide feedback, suggestions, and insights from the field to enhance promotional campaigns and user engagement strategies.
- Track your promotional activities and performance, providing updates on the effectiveness of different promotional channels and initiatives.
About you:
- Passionate about home care, repair, cleaning hacks, and lifestyle improvement, with a genuine interest in promoting Planna as a solution for homeowners.
- Possess a strong network of friends, colleagues, or a significant online presence on forums, blogs, or social media platforms related to home care, lifestyle, or similar topics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of how to leverage them for promotional purposes.
Duration and Compensation:
This Brand Ambassador position is initially offered for a two-month period, with the potential for extension based on successful performance. Brand Ambassadors will receive a commission for each new installation of the Planna app, in addition to a weekly bonus of £100 if the agreed-upon targets are met. The targets will be set at an achievable number of app installs per week.
