Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Contract Mobile UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our product team to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing mobile interfaces for our applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design engaging user experiences and translate them into pixel-perfect user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile user interfaces (UI) based on wireframes, user flows, and design guidelines.
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Ensure consistent and cohesive design across various mobile platforms (iOS, Android) while adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the mobile UX/UI field.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mobile UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably with a focus on mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your mobile design work, including user interfaces and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile design best practices.
  • Familiarity with mobile platform guidelines and standards (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, etc.).
  • Knowledge of mobile development processes and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user needs.

Note: This is a contract position, and compensation will be based on experience and project scope. Remote candidates will be considered, but local candidates are preferred.
