How do I reset my password? If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. If you'd like to change your password from within the app, drop us an email at support@planna.co and we'll get that sorted for you.
What is Home Score? Your Home Score is a single number from 0–1000 that reflects how well your home is performing across 3 main pillars, made up of: safety, energy efficiency, and overall condition. We combine property data with the information you've shared to create a score that's unique to you — helping you reach the maximum potential of your home.
Can I add more than one property? Absolutely - each property will have it's induvidual score as well as tasks and priorities. In order for you to add the property follow these steps: My Home > + Icon in the right hand corner > Enter new property Address Each time you then want to nagivate to a different property, you can simply swipe across on the full address shown.
Where do you get your data from? Our intelligent platform combines unique data usng AI analysis with data from multiple trusted sources - including Ordnance Survey and HM Land Registry.
I have recently added an extension to my property - where is the best place to add it to my home? You can do this really easily - you can actually choose whether you have completed renovations or are planning them...follow the steps below. Toolkit > Home Equity > Completed Renovations/Planned Renovations> Follow the steps on screen to include
How much does it cost? Your core toolkit — including your score, tasks, vault, and more is free, and always will be. In the future, a small number of mini-apps may carry a fee, but you'll always see the price upfront before you commit, and you'll always have the choice to stick with the free ones.
How do I improve my Home Score? We want to make it as simple as we can for you to improve your Home Score - we will help you to do this by setting specific tasks for you to complete in line with the goals you set during onboarding. Complete each tasks on time each month and watch your Home Score grow. You will also see a "Boost Your Score" button on your home page - these will be specific high-impact tasks that will quickly improve the saftey, efficiency and condition of your home.
How do I delete my account? We'd hate to see you and your home leave but if you wanted to delete your account, you can follow these easy steps: Nagivate to your picture in the top left hand corner next to your name > Settings > At the bottom of the page you will see a "delete now" button. You are always welcome to join us again when you are ready - whatever stage of your journey you are at.
