How do I add a document or file to my organiser Adding a document or file to your organiser couldn't be easier. Open your organiser > select the "+" button below the search bar > Upload your document or file > give it a name and type
How do I edit or update details about my property? Occasionally you may need to update the details that we have stored about your home, perhaps you have added an extension, upgraded your windows or the number of people that live with you has changed. Firstly, select your profile icon in the top left of your ‘My plan screen’ >My Property > here you can amend the details about your property and update the people that live with you
How do you know so much about my property? Our intelligent platform pulls in data from multiple sources to give an accurate insight into your home and its location. Our trusted data sources include Ordnance Survey, The Environment Agency ,HM Land Registry , Police data , Geo Place , transport data
How do you use my data? Firstly, we do not share your data with any third parties unless you have specifically requested to, for example if you have shared a task to rewire your home with an electrician that we have suggested to you. We may use your user data (how you interact with the activity cards and tasks) to improve your future app experience.
How does the points system work? We've developed a points system to help you reduce costs, improve wellbeing, increase your home’s value and to help you live more sustainably. The points system is updated each time a task is completed. Each task within an activity card will impact one or more of the four categories. Each card will describe the impact that it will have on your home, the number of points that can be earned by completing the activity tasks and help track your progress.
Are you getting paid to recommend particular products to me? No, the products that we recommend have either been used and recommended by Planna team members, or if we recommend items from a Marketplace like Amazon for example, we only recommend products with the highest customer review score for a particular category type. Sustainability is really important to us, where possible we will receommeded products that are kind to the environment and chemical free.
