Download the FREE Planna app.
Create an account.
Refer 2 friends who must create accounts.
Note: Your friends must be new users and not from the same household. Any referals within the same household will not be counted.
Check the running total of remaining rolls on our website. Available on a first come, first served basis. Participating locations only.

3. Eligibility

This referral reward program ("Program") is open to all users ("Participants") of the Planna mobile application ("App").
Participants must be residents of a country where the Planna App is available and of legal age in their respective countries.
Rewards are limited to one per household.

5. Redemption Process

In the app, click on the free sausage roll reward.
Confirm that you wish to claim the reward.
A unique claim code will be revealed, and the reward points earned by referring users will be deducted from your account.
Visit a participating Greggs location (excluding specified sites).
Show the code within the app to a member of staff to receive your sausage roll.

6. Exclusions & Limitations

Offer valid for a sausage roll or vegan sausage roll only; any extras will be charged accordingly.
A unique, valid code must be shown to redeem.
One claim per user per unique code; one code accepted per transaction.
Offer valid for redemption during promotion dates only; codes shown after will not be accepted.

8.1 Referral Reward

Participants can refer friends to join the Planna App and receive a sausage roll ("Reward"). Each friend referred who successfully signs up on the Planna App and verifies their phone number earns the inviter in-app reward points. Successfully inviting two friends is equivalent to receiving a Greggs sausage roll in-app reward.

8.2 Phone Number Verification

The invited user must verify their phone number through the Planna App before the inviter is awarded the reward points. Without phone number verification, the reward points will not be credited to the inviter's account.

8.3 Fraudulent Activity

Planna reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program.

8.4 Modification or Termination

Planna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

Planna shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to any loss of data or profits.

8.6 Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

8.7 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
