About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager who’s equally comfortable discussing APIs with engineers, storyboards with designers, and growth metrics with leadership. You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering high-impact digital products that combine solid user experience with smart technology.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on technical fluency , enjoys getting into the detail of how things work and is excited about the potential of AI-powered development and automation tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full product lifecycle - from concept and user research to roadmap, delivery, and iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.
  • Turn product vision and insights into clear specifications and user stories.
  • Create and refine prototypes using Figma to validate ideas and improve user experience.
  • Manage agile workflows, sprints, and backlogs in Trello or similar tools.
  • Communicate progress and priorities clearly across teams using Slack and structured documentation.
  • Use data, analytics, and user feedback to inform product decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate or enhance features using AI coding agents or other intelligent automation tools.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience within a technology or digital product environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes; ability to engage with technical teams confidently.
  • Coding experience or technical background (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) highly desirable.
  • Skilled in Figma, Trello, and Slack.
  • Analytical thinker with experience tracking KPIs and measuring product success.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging developer tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML products or working directly with LLMs or coding agents.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
  • Familiarity with API-driven products or developer platforms.
