Job Description:
As a Growth Marketer with growth hacking experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our property management app. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies, optimizing marketing channels, and implementing growth hacking tactics to achieve our ambitious goals. You will have the opportunity to shape our growth initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users for our property management app.
- Utilize growth hacking techniques to experiment, test, and optimize various marketing channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, referral programs, and viral loops.
- Analyze user data and leverage analytics tools to identify key growth opportunities, track KPIs, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Help ensure alignment between marketing efforts and app features, user experience, and value proposition.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences and tailor messaging and campaigns accordingly.
- Optimize user onboarding and conversion funnels to maximize user acquisition and activation rates.
- Drive initiatives to increase user engagement, retention, and referral rates through creative campaigns, personalized messaging, and loyalty programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and industry best practices in growth marketing and growth hacking, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to create compelling marketing assets and optimize landing pages, emails, and other marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in growth hacking techniques and methodologies, with a track record of successfully implementing growth strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools and data-driven decision making to optimize marketing campaigns and drive growth.
- Experience with SEO, ASO, SMM, Twitter, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp is a must.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for identifying innovative growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the property management industry or real estate market is a plus.
