Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of our product. This role will require a highly creative, innovative thinker with a strong grasp of modern UX/UI principles and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions for product directions, visuals, and experience.
  2. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  3. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  4. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  5. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  6. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  7. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  3. A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI skills.
  4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  5. Proficiency in UX/UI design and wireframing tools such as Figma.
  6. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  7. Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  8. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  9. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
