Eligibility:
a. The prize giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
b. Participants must reside in the United Kingdom.
c. Planna employees, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
Entry:
a. To enter the prize giveaway, participants must click the unique link provided by the influencer promoting the giveaway through social media content.
b. After clicking the link, participants must create a Planna Mobile App account.
c. Account creation is completed once participants sign up and verify their accounts using SMS validation.
d. Participants are allowed to create a single account only.
e. Participants must invite at least 5 friends or family members to create their own Planna Mobile App accounts, each including SMS validation.
f. Participants cannot invite themselves using multiple email addresses or create multiple accounts.
g. By participating, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Random Draw and Winner Selection:
a. The cash prize winner will be selected through a random draw using a computer program.
b. The draw will take place within 30 days after the influencer campaign goes live.
c. The winner will be selected from eligible participants who have completed the entry requirements outlined in section 2.
d. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
e. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, a new winner will be selected.
Prizes:
a. The prize consists of a cash amount as specified in the giveaway promotion.
b. Prizes will be paid out via bank transfer to the winner's provided bank account details.
Account Integrity:
a. Participants found to be using fake accounts or fake SMS services to create multiple accounts or manipulate the giveaway will be disqualified.
b. Planna reserves the right to cancel or ban any users suspected of fraudulent activities.
General Conditions:
a. Planna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
b. Planna's decisions regarding the prize draw and winner selection are final and binding.
c. Participants agree to allow Planna to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
